If you want to continue enjoying pizza from other places, don't try one of Doughboy's pizzas! They spoil you for other brands. My wife & I especially love the Gourmet Veggie pizza, though I like to have one with pepperoni or ham (which are spread on liberally) sometimes. Whatever you choose, I don't think you can go wrong here. Great people run it, too. Deborah, owner & head chef, & her husband Toby make you welcome. No wonder we've seen people her from as far away as L.A., San Diego, Bakersfield & many other places in the Central Valley. Try it; I'll be surprised if you don't like it, too.

on the Central Coast. Fresh Ingredients,

Here's what is being said about us...
I'm an old NY Ital, raised in Italian enclave; I cut my teeth on pizza not to mention when older just walked to local pizza joints. Since i've been up/down east coast and across the south coast: this is the best pizza since leaving the neighborhood 40 yrs ago! Her wine selection is limited to the best wines in their class; last time in husband served us Sattui, a wine only available at the Nappa winery. The inside reminds me of old day; warehouse/industrial very warm atmosphere. Lots of art hanging on concrete walls. Pastas are pretty damn a good, too. I over heard woman say "I could drink your sauce..." her friend said, "your salads are awesome." Owner's husband helped us; told us he "doesn't need to be there it's just fun" and it was! -IG

I absolutely love this place! The food is marvelous! What i like the most is the Gluten-free pizza. The fact that this place offers gluten-free pizza and dessert, makes life with Celiac Disease not so bad after all. Deborah is Great! -CB
